Two Email Sessions of 12 1/2 minutes each.
I recommend email sessions primarily for international clients in timezones that make it inconvenient to schedule an appointment. Two issues maximum for email sessions. I’ll email you a questionnaire, and when I receive your reply and your payment, I will do the session at my next available time. After the first email session, I’ll email you a summary, and I’ll ask you to give me feedback before the 2nd follow up session.

Monthly Payments and Cancellations:

FOR ALL PAID MEMBERSHIPS, your credit card will be charged each month, until you cancel your membership.
To Cancel your Membership, please email us on the Contact page. We have to process all cancellations manually, so please allow about 5 business days for your cancellation to take effect – and perhaps more around U.S. holidays. Of course, we will do our best to process your cancellation ASAP (within a day of your request), but we ask for your consideration, because the office may be closed occasionally, and we don’t have full-time office staff! If you want to cancel, it is your responsibility to do so in plenty of time before your next billing period.
There are No Refunds on the unused portion of your membership.

Refunds and Session Cancellations:

NOW HEALING 101 REFUND POLICY: If you are not satisfied, you’ll get a refund up until the end of the first teleseminar class, or the first hour of the live class. However, it will not be a complete refund – we will deduct the cost of the manual (… because you’ll receive the manual as an e-book in pdf format when you purchase, and there are no returns on this.) The value of the manual sold separately is $54. (Please note that the manual is not currently available for purchase separately.) Your refund will be the amount you paid minus $54.
CLASS CREDIT: If something comes up at the last minute and you can’t attend any of the teleseminar classes, you can either get a refund (see above) OR you can get full credit for another time that the course is offered. If you attend most of them, but miss one or two teleseminar classes, it’s no problem to take the course – you can catch up by listening to the recording.

SESSION REFUND POLICY: Sessions are charged by time, rather than results. There are no refunds for sessions due to your perceived “lack” of results… your energy will shift, but no other “results” are guaranteed. See Session page for details. If you expect that you’ll likely be dissatisfied with your results, or if you intend to ask for a refund before you purchase, please do not purchase the session, and seek help elsewhere.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, please make every effort to cancel 24 hours prior, either via email or phone. We understand that “stuff” comes up sometimes, so we’ll give you a free cancellation pass (you won’t be charged for a session cancelled in fewer that 24 hours prior) once in every calendar year. But please be respectful of our time. Thanks!
