on February 8, 2026 at 10:11 pm Okay, I won’t be making a daily habit of these comments, I promise, lol, but I just wanted to add one more. I had actually done the exercise two days in a row. Then, one day after that (day three), the favorable resolution of an important family issue that was reasonably expected to take years, suddenly occurred — and I’m going to say “miraculously”, because at that point it was after less than a two week wait!! Our heads are still spinning, and we’re all relieved and delighted!!! Then, immediately after receiving that news, I had some exciting career activity that was completely unexpected. It’s not yet a done deal, but the timing of the initial communication, right on the heels of the other good news, and yet unrelated, certainly has me going “hmmm” with a big smile. Whether it gets finalized or not, I can sense very strongly the general energy has shifted in a very positive in my life and the people close to me. That exercise is a keeper, and so simple. GIANT THANKS, Elma!!!!

on February 4, 2026 at 1:37 pm I immediately felt my heart pulsing an expansion and expression of energy. I hear the earth laughing with gurgling, flowing water. In general I feel a part of celebration with humanity, angels and our whole heaven’s team. Thank you Elma again for uplifting all of us!

Not only that, I woke up today feeling better, clearer, more energized, and “readier” for my day, that I had felt in a long while.

I felt so peaceful when I read the command…. very centered. Things are beginning to change anyway because we became grandparents yet again yesterday. Our daughter gave birth to a beautiful teeny baby boy! Such a blessing! And your healing is also a blessing! xx

on February 3, 2026 at 6:10 pm Thank you! The email for this healing appeared tonight when I was feeling overwhelmed and down. My voice was whiny and weepy as I began to read the command. By the end of the command (just seconds later), my tone changed and sounded more direct and matter-of- fact. I also felt calmer.
The part about including humanity and the whole earth particularly helped to shift things and put things into perspective. It is not surprising that it helped so quickly because I am familiar with your work/healing. Thank you for the reminder and for all that you do!
