Elma has already answered many of your questions! Please go to our Blog and browse the "How To" Category.
If you don't find your answer there, it is probably answered in our healing courses. Visit our Programs page and browse the "Learn Healing" section.
Please note that if you send us specific questions about how to do healing, we will direct you to the portion of the website that may have the appropriate answer.
Elma herself will not be able to reply personally, due to the volume of questions we receive.
However, if you are a Private or Advanced Program client, or are a member of the Guided Healing Membership, Elma will personally answer your questions if you identify yourself as a client (use the form below), or in the GHM Live Q&A at the end of each Live Call.
We cannot respond to personal healing requests, requests for prayers, or requests for healing energy.
However, we DO have many resources that are specifically designed to heal & help you in powerful ways!

- The many paid programs that go much deeper (see our Programs page).
- Private sessions with one of our practitioners.

Elma does respond to questions from her Private and Advanced program clients who have done one of our signature programs, and also to Members of the Guided Healing Membership. If you are one of those clients, Elma will personally answer your questions, by email or the form below, if you identify yourself as an advanced client (please state which program) or GHM member. GHM members can also ask Elma questions during each month's LIVE call.
Credit card purchase failure is sometimes due to an address mismatch: Please make sure your billing address matches exactly with the address associated with your credit card.

Many of our programs have a 30-day or 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy. See each program page for its return policy.
In general, with some exceptions listed on the program pages:
- Digital-only products qualify for a full refund.
- Physical products qualify for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, and you pay for return shipping. So if there's any chance you may want a refund, it's best to choose the digital version.
- There are no refunds on private sessions, or subscription programs (including the Guided Healing Membership).
Refunds are limited to one per customer every 2 years.
To request a refund, email us at info@nowhealing.com. Please include the email address with which you purchased. If possible, please include your receipt.

Sometimes people ask "Why would I need to buy a program when there is so much free healing on the Now Healing website?"
Here's the difference between the free healings and the paid programs:
- Free Healings (for example, the Free Alignments) are fast, simple and basic. So that you can easily use them without taking a lot of time or training. We are committed to offering free healing and easy tools, so that everyone can do this regardless of ability to pay. You can get great results, even with these basic tools, because in Now Healing, even the "simple" stuff is incredibly powerful and unique. But please know that there's so much more you can do, far beyond the basic level of our fast free healings...
- Paid Programs go into much more depth, with the potential for much deeper and wider results. They are designed to go into more detail about your specific issues and intentions. Some programs contain proprietary "12X Power-Alignments" which give you exponential speed-healing, so even though they are short, they contain "high potency" healing.
So please check out the Free Healings, and see whether this work resonates with you. Then, if you are inspired to go deeper and commit some time, energy, and money to invest in a paid program, you will likely experience a much larger return on your investment, in terms of healing and personal growth!
