Healing # 1- It was a very powerful experience for me. I woke up with a severe pain and stiffness in my lower back, and I couldn’t move/ walk. 90% of the pain disappeared right away, the stiffness was completely eliminated! The energy went where it was supposed to go. Healing # 2- I didn’t feel anything. However, I noticed by the end of the day, the 10% of the residual pain in my low back was totally gone. Healing # 3- I had to do it 2x because I didn’t notice anything the 1.time. The 2.time I did Healing # 1 first, and then the Healing # 3 (30 Second Healing/Spinal Alignment). When I was looking at the image, I observed a pure white light and a green color radiating/pulsating from the image. Also, I felt the energy presence behind my head, neck, and upper back. It didn’t take me 30 seconds, it was 3-5 minutes. Each healing was truly AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL , DEEP, MAGICAL and very NOW! I felt a lot lighter, alive, more focused, and increased flexibility in my spine. Thank you Mrs. Elma Mayer for sharing your kindness and love!

After doing this alignment, I had the feeling of as if I had eaten a very spicy food. My face, head, eyes, neck, throat and shoulders became very warm, but from the inside and in a very pleasant way. Thank you for your gift.
I’d just been meditating using “align with wholeness now” for each of my vertebrae because I’d been experiencing intense pain. So was beautifully primed for this. When I looked at the centre of the image, it split into two images side by side but sharing what had been a vertical edge. As I waited, they merged back into the one original image. It probably was thirty seconds. A sense of “job done”. Thank you so much for this and all your other generous sharings. I love the simplicity and authenticity and kindness of what you offer us.

Intense and yet also so relaxing tingling predominately in my legs.
I felt … it was like a pulsating column of light pulling in one direction in the centre of my body and then pulling in the opposite direction.

Lots of tingling in my lower back where I frequently suffer severe pain some mornings and can barely walk when I first get out of bed. I fell backwards almost 2 years ago, injured my back and fractured my spine. The tingling continues as I write & I can feel my spine becoming more aligned!
