Instructions – How to Use this Free Alignment Guided Healing.
After you hear each statement, repeat it silently to yourself. And as you say it, Enter it to your Center.
To do an Enter: place your easy, gentle attention your Center, starting at the base of your spine, and move your attention quickly up the center of your body, and out the top of your head. That will enter the information to your body mind and energy systems.
Don’t over-think the Enter, and don’t over-concentrate. Instead, just briefly notice your Center. Each Enter should take less than two seconds.
Are these Affirmations?
The statements you’re about to hear may sound like affirmations. But they’re much more powerful and effective. Affirmations may never find their way out of your conscious mind. They only affect what you consciously think – and that’s just a tiny fraction of reality. You may have to say them repeatedly, and even then, they may not be effective – because you may have non-conscious blocks to the affirmations.
But when you use Now Healing commands, they’re effective immediately. You’re Entering the commands right into your energy systems and body-mind-spirit. They have an instant effect. They dissolve any non-conscious blockages, and affect all levels of existence, not just the conscious levels.

Elma your work has accompanied me since I found you on your first Darius Barazonde show. My experiences in that interview opened me to faith in Now Healing.. My life since – has changed in leaps and bounds. The veils are transmuting in their hundreds (thousands).
Glimpses of emotional entanglements of many past times have arisen. Self worth, abandonment, rejection, poverty, rape, abusive relationships,failures, imprisonment, repeating patterns through the ages, unveil one after the other. More arrive and depart again as Now Healing changes the Morphic Fields of each situation.
You said something once about “clearing all the way back to God”. Well, back to the goodness, wholeness of Atlantean good times will suffice. Back to Thoth, Ra, Araragon and the transfer of those Gods to Egypt will do.
So another, deeper layer of emotional dross unveils. Great when it’s gone, not so great when the next layer arrives .. for NowHealing.
BUT I’m secure in the knowledge that healing is happening. All the time.
i can and do cope with my life, safe in the power and magic of Now Healing!
New – and brilliant healing modalities are brought to my awareness by the ever caring Universal Mind. I inspect some, discard some, use some, but always always work with the Now Healing energies.
Loss of driving ability due to crippling has been a bind .. a prison. But the miracles of Now Healing increase my Mobility. Isolation is less threatening as the morphic fields change yet again.
Very deeply entrenched beliefs, unknown until seen or sensed once more in this age – from which have stemmed past failures, lack of worth, non-abundance All coming out of the karmic depths where imprints were seeded by cruelties of aeons ago. Eyesight is shortened and clouded and has been since aged 7, worsened by fear and made un fearful (at the known levels, anyway) by new morphic fields.
The work goes on.

i recently turned 70 and was feeling very weak and old, in spite of how healthy I am over-all.
listening to this audio really helped me feel more at ease with my age now. A young kid said to me on a social site: you are too old to be on here. I admit I reacted to it. I actually agreed with him, even tho I have been on that site for a couple of years and have always been welcomed by others. So I am thankful for his comment that put my conscious attn on something that had been bugging me under the surface and I had not wanted to give it attn. Now, it has no charge. Thank you, Elma.

Yes I did realign with my higher self , yes I am congruent with change,
yes I feel lighter and positive , yes I will come back into the fold one day ….
It’s a strange thing when the unexpected happens (not very often) I go into a negative space , doubting my strength and thus giving my power away.
