What If My “Problem” Comes Back?

Q: “Do you teach ways to not have habits, pain, etc return? i.e. So that I don’t recreate, re-attract, or return to vibrating with the original condition / behavior?”  [This is a real question from a client]

A: The easiest way to deal with habits and patterns is to use the Now Healing Disentangle command, to completely separate all aspects and echoes of the pattern from your energy field. And while you’re at it, make sure to Disentangle your mind and emotions from thinking about and interpreting the issue in your old habitual way. If you always perceive the issue as “new” and different from before, you’ll find that the issue can flow, evolve and heal much more easily.

How to use the Disentangle Command: Say “Disentangle” and input that command to your Center. Want more info? The Disentangle command is taught in great detail, in the Now Healing 101  Course.

Q: “What if my problem comes back? The first time I used the free audio, it shifted BIG time…then my problems came back. I tried to do the audio again… but it only worked a little.” [This is a real question from a client.]

A: If you don’t notice enough of a shift or improvement, try re-framing and re-phrasing your “problem” in a different way, and then running the free audio again. Why? Because the “problem” has already changed, and it’s not the same problem anymore. Even if it’s only slightly different, even if the symptoms feel pretty similar, take a step back and observe them again. You will notice that they are different somehow, on some level – mental, emotional or physical.

Treat every “problem” as new and different, every time you work on it – you’ll get better results that way!

If you’re relying on a free audio to completely solve your problem, ask yourself if that’s realistic. Yes, many people do report that the freebies on this website have created huge shifts and improvements. But if you have a long-standing life issue that needs shifting, you may want to allow yourself to invest in a solution that goes deeper than a 5-minute free audio!

To get a more thorough “clearing” for any “problem”, I recommend doing the Now Healing 101 exercises 8 and 9. Take your issue, and break it down into smaller components – like “pain in the lower back” vs. “pain in the right hip” “anger at spouse” vs. “anger at boss”. Be more specific – rather than “fear”, use “fear of illness” or “fear of judgement of mother” etc…

Then, turn your statements around into positive goals like “feeling comfortable in my lower back” “non-attachment to anger” or “feeling normal and neutral around mother’s judgement” etc… Then run the exercises separately for each component of your issue.

And remember: when you’re done with the session, notice what is different, rather than focusing on what’s the same!

    Hi Elma & Co,

    Really loved the hand mudra… helped to focus in, pinpoint and let go with ease.

    Still struggling as in falling back into the old morphic fields of my life on nearly all levels, or resonating with ‘it all’ still somehow. At least I know what I am doing now right? (or don’t know)? as in have some language for the unpleasant and un wanted experience/s, and can say ‘oh here goes me again playing that resonating game, oh and look now, I’m having a huge tantrum about being back here too’. Of course, this clarity only comes when im not still ‘in it’. While im in it i’m like ‘get me out of here!’
    The old morphic fields feel so foreign now or so out of alignment with self that there is only pain and suffering there now and that is why I become so disconnected and not at east with it all time and again.

    Hope this helps others who may be feeling the same way too.

    Sigh* OK … Disentangle from old morphic fields now! Align with Wholeness in the presence of old morphic fields now! 🙂

    @Laura – Great suggestion – I will put the “Shielding” idea on my list! Until then, here’s what I advise: Instead of working on keeping yourself clear of other people’s energy, work on Disentangling yourself from the expectation that you need to do so. Align with transcending the need to protect yourself. When you are Centered and neutral, other people’s stuff will not disconnect you. If you get triggered by others, go to your Center and tune into your strengths. From that vantage point, Disentangle from those others.

    hi Elma, I read and listened to your very comprehensive 101 course. I really like it! Thanks for all the info you share. I heave a Q about: shielding. Maybe you can answer this in a new Q and A and give an example of ‘Shielding’ youself against other people. I could not come up with something myself.
    Of course I tried the commands but that wasnt sufficient enough to keep myself clear/clean from (mostly) collegues/boss etc.Any suggestions? Thanks,Laura

    @Kass – “initially feeling better” is a benefit, even if it’s a small one! If you are perceiving the “same obstacles” as before, I invite you to shift perspectives and avoid focusing on the sameness. Instead, notice what has changed – even if it’s a small change. When you call them “the same obstacles” you re-trigger and re-solidify them. Your habitual interpretation of your issues will put you back into the past state and pretty much un-do any “clearing” that happened. So make sure to notice the language and thoughts you use to describe your issues, and look for ways to pivot your perception… take a mental walk around to the other side of your issues, and notice them from different viewpoints. That is the beginning of self-healing.

    I haven’t found any benefits from the teleseminars, initially feel better after listening to them however nothing has improved in my life and I still have the same obstacles that I cleared why listening.
