What’s your Best Healing Frequency?
"Healing Frequency" does NOT mean what you assume!
Nope, this is not about specific wavelengths like 528 Hz, or solfeggio frequencies, or theta brainwaves. And it's certainly not about the pseudoscientific, psolecistic, and psometimes psilly usage of "Healing Frequency".
If you google this phrase, you’ll see pstupid pstuff like “What is the best healing frequency to rewire your brain?” Oy, ouch, this gives me quantum queasiness!

And while I do love a good sound bath, crystal bowl meditation, or tuning fork treatment — that's also NOT what this is about! So...
What does “Your Best Healing Frequency” actually mean?
I mean it literally. Not figuratively.
It means:
How frequently is it optimal to do Healing?
How often is best for you? Please comment below!
Some people do best with daily tune-ups. Some even do multiple self-healing sessions per day.
Others do it once in a blue moon – and that works fine for them.
Is your self-healing practice regular, or sporadic? Do you prefer a strict schedule, or repeating ritual?
Or do you work best on an "as needed" basis?
No judgement please! Simply notice what is most effective for you!
Is there a "best frequency" for you personally?
Yes! The right answer to "What's your best Healing Frequency" is...
Whatever works for you... Just do it repeatedly! Whatever frequency of healing comfortably fits into your self-care habits is the right one for you.
But... Don't just do it once and then think you're done!
Even if you get the most miraculous results (which is entirely possible with this work!) don't just assume you're all done, and you'll never need to do healing again.
Keep going and flowing.
Whether it's once a day or once a month... keep on coming back to a self-healing space!
Because it's not about a specific number of healing sessions per day or week. It's not about iron-willed self-discipline to maintain a perfect, unbroken schedule. (At least that doesn't work for me!)
It IS about re-tuning – and returning – to the healing field, repeatedly.
Healing is an ongoing process of forward flow and course correction.
So... simply keep coming back to your healing state, as an ongoing habit. Keep drinking from the well!

Daily, monthly, times of crisis, and when I feel the need frequencies, such as to improve flow. Also when Elma suggests some NOW Healing would be a good idea!

This is when I do healing on myself
When my chakras or organs, feel out of balance, when I am feeling congestion on any place in my body that requieres attention, when my central nervous system is not strong, when my body is not doing the crossing over pattern, when my earth energy is not enough in my body and I have too much cosmic energy, when something got out of wack because I got a strong emotion that unbalanced me.
