It’s NOT a physical process, using material objects to clear your energy field. For instance, many classic space clearing techniques often use physical matter to do aura cleansing or space clearing, like smudging with sage, hanging bells or chimes, taking epsom salt baths, or using crystals or various feng shui cures for space clearing. Simply say this Now Healing Command:
“Repair energy field – Now!”

Do that again a couple of times. Command: “Repair energy field – Now!”
Then Enter that command to your Center for about 1 second.
Take a nice full breath, into your Center. This will allow the energy to shift even more.
Do you feel a subtle change? Perhaps tingling, sighing, or yawning? That’s your energy field, tuning itself up!
Do this whenever you need a boost, if you sense that your energy field has been slimed!

Thank you Elma, the more I do this the better I am feeling. I had severe depression just over a year ago, had no idea why, always felt like something else was getting inside of me, then would feel ok for a while!
My friends husband suffers from manic depression and various mental health problems and once I became ill he told her he’d never felt so good! Since getting better he’s got worse and I hadn’t really felt it again for the last year, until a couple weeks ago. Thought it was my dad as he started listening to meditation music, so maybe picking up his energy. But saw friend for lunch and once again she told me her husband’s depression had got really bad again so maybe I was feeling it again.
My Dad’s dog died recently but I was feeling it before then! Slightly panicking about it as just got a new job and met a guy so don’t want the bad energy to ruin it.
I’ve just practised what you’ve taught me and it has helped but not completely cleared it. I think I need to find my own sure-fire way of using this method. Was imagining a waterfall on the breath in, but feel like the ‘presence’ which still feels like my Dad is sometimes taking over and breathing it in himself! Feel angry towards him, but I’m sure I’ll get there and it’s not his fault!

I used this for many years – just knowing about the connection to the universe from the top of my head since childhood.
But the way you tell us to disentangle from any problem was really fantastic and interesting-I have been looking for this for years to get rid of nailbiting as a kind of tics,tried hypnosis but did not work.This felt so different and releasing!
